Customers pay in advance for each booking: a 45 minutes Communication Diagnostic at US$49, a 90 minutes Business Conversation Rehearsal at US$149, or a 4-session International Communication Sprint at US$449. No offer renews automatically. Sessions focus on interviews, presentations, client calls, meetings, and professional writing. The service provides educational coaching and practice. It does not provide certification, employment placement, legal advice, medical care, therapy, or immigration services.

The Communication Diagnostic is a live one-to-one session lasting 45 minutes and priced at $49 USD. Bring one upcoming interview, client call, pitch, presentation, product demo, or business challenge. You leave with a short readiness assessment, the two or three communication gaps with the most impact, one immediate correction or practice technique, a recommended next step, and a one-page written plan.

The diagnostic is an assessment and planning session. It is not a free lesson, and it does not include a full rewrite of your pitch, script, or interview answers.

The Business Conversation Rehearsal is a live one-to-one session lasting 90 minutes and priced at $149 USD. It is for an upcoming client call, interview, demo, or presentation. You review the situation, revise your message, roleplay the conversation with Mike, and leave with direct feedback and an action plan.

The International Communication Sprint costs $449 USD and includes 4 private sessions of 60 minutes each. It is for people who need more than one conversation to improve. You build and rehearse the English you need for your real work: sales calls, product demos, interviews, presentations, investor updates, and client meetings.
